Freakin' Sweet!

So, today I got an email from a San Francisco guide that informed me that one of my pictures from The City is short listed for their August 2009 publication. Apparently, they just found it on my flickr account and voila! Short listed! How freaking rad is THAT?! Here's the picture:The set of 20 that I posted from that day can be found here:

One Of Those Days.

Have you ever had one of those days where you wake up and everything kinda sucks? Like you get in a fight with your mother over a piece of cod. For reals. Fish. And then you can't seem to say anything right to a friend. As in, you tell him he needs to quit talking about himself so much just like he asked you to when he gets like that, but then it hurts his feelings. And then you cry over it because the last thing you want to do is ever hurt anyone's feelings.And that damn cod is hanging over your head like an anvil waiting to drop. So instead you just explode tears of frustration and regret for even opening your mouth today. Yeah. Those days suck. Luckily, tomorrow is a new day and I have every reason to expect that it will be a great one. I can feel something wonderful brewing on the horizon.
